Position:
The Executive Director, Transformation, for Health System is charged with the creating an integrated financial transformation plan that will guide the planning and execution of various initiatives for the business to optimize client results, drive operational efficiency and deliver market competitive solutions. Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrable extensive knowledge of business process improvement (e.g., lean management)
• At least 10 years of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience focused on Hospital Providers
• At least 8 years of experience managing and/or leading teams’ cross functional teams to achieve an objective
• Exposure to all aspects of the RCM is strongly preferred (Front, Middle and Back)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
