Your new company
Your new company is a student accommodation provider which is committed to providing students from around the world with much more than just a room. they aim to give a unique living experience which will enhance the academic journey and ensure that time at university is packed full of great experiences and amazing friendships whilst enjoying wonderful secure living spaces.
Your new role
You will be required to look after all the general maintenance across the accommodation. you may also be required to travel to different sites around the city. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Basic electrical work
- Painting & decorating
- Basic plumbing
- Basic carpentry
- Doors & locks
- Reactive maintenance
What you'll need to succeed
You will not require any qualifications for this role however proven experience in the above is essential.
